Carbon Charge or ETS? The pros and cons.

This blog post from Jeanette Fitzsimons is a valuable addition to how people can think about making NZ climate-safe. 

The recent Climate Declaration to the NZ govt includes the suggestion: “Abandon the ETS and replace it with a carbon tax, with the proceeds going to all citizens.”

Researchers at Motu challenged this, and this is the response, including an explanation of how the ETS can be fixed.
